For a full refund, contact us at least 7 days in advance of the start date of your tour or transfer.
If you cancel between 3 and 6 days in advance of your scheduled tour or transfer, there is a 50% cancellation fee.
If you cancel 1 day in advance there is a 100% cancellation fee.
